As we say goodbye to 2018 and hello to 2019, you might be thinking about your New Year's resolutions. This year, my resolutions are less about my habits (eating better, exercising...you know, the usual) and more about my personal growth. All of the TED Talks shown below have inspired me to take steps to become my best self.

I am making 2019 The Year Of Self: self-discovery, self-acceptance, self-care, and self-love.
I have learned that it is exceedingly difficult to maintain good mental health if you aren't being fully true to yourself. If 2018 was a difficult year for you, I hope that you spend the next year learning about what makes you who you are and how your mind is wired. Once you are kind and true to your whole self, you can transform your life. Here are some of my favourite TED Talks for inspiration!
(Note: I do not own any rights to these videos, they are courtesy of TED on YouTube)
If you are viewing on mobile, the videos will be off centre...my apologies, working on a fix (I’m a writer, not a coder!) If you double-click the video it will become full screen and it won’t be a problem. Thanks for understanding!
